NPCC MatchPay is a team-management web app for the North Perth 4th XI. Use is intended for registered squad players, the captain and authorised team administrators.

Accounts

Sign in using your own Google account. Your email address must match the address registered against your name by the captain. Do not use another person's account or attempt to modify their records.

Match fees

Players may mark their own match fees as paid. Such a mark is a self-reported status, not evidence that a bank payment was completed. Contact the captain if a record is incorrect or disputed. The captain and authorised administrators may correct entries and administer fee exemptions. Only the captain may grant or revoke administrative access. Any displayed eligibility warning is a team-management aid; the club's agreed rules and authorised decisions govern final match selection.

Match information

Match dates, Playing XI lists and cricket statistics may be entered or corrected by the captain and appointed administrators. Screenshot recognition can be inaccurate and must be reviewed. Any PlayHQ links direct to a separate third-party service. This application does not currently import PlayHQ data automatically and is not affiliated with or endorsed by PlayHQ or Google.

Appropriate use

Use the application for legitimate club activities. Do not upload material unrelated to match administration, disclose someone else's private contact information, or attempt to bypass the application's access controls.

Availability and changes

The service is provided for team convenience. Features, access and hosting may change. The captain may correct records and archive members, keeping necessary historical records. Report incorrect information to the administrator.
